Organise du 13 avril 2026 au 29 mai 2026 le jeu-concours L'Image 2026.

Objectif : offrir la possibilité aux internautes de s'inscrire au jeu-concours « L'Image 2026 » afin qu'il(elle) soit sélectionné(e) pour participer aux pré-sélections et à la finale le 29 mai 2026 le cas échéant.

Article 2: Scope of Application

This free-to-enter and no purchase necessary contest is open to any natural person who wishes to participate and resides in Luxembourg, except for employees of Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal, as well as their family members (ascendants, descendants, and direct collateral), their spouses, and members of partner companies, as well as their families.

3.2 Validation of the application

Une fois le formulaire complété, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal, qui se réserve un droit de modération, validera ou non la candidature de l'inscrit.

Une fois que Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal aura validé la candidature, la photo de la personne inscrite apparaîtra dans la galerie des participants de l'édition 2026 de L'IMAGE sur:

3.4 Designation of winners

Les castings auront lieu les 11, 12 et 13 mai 2026. A la fin dudit concours, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal désignera les vainqueurs parmi les finalistes lors de la soirée finale du 29 mai 2026.

Any registration that is incomplete, fraudulent, and/or non-compliant with these rules, and/or containing inaccurate information cannot be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the participation. Any participant thus disqualified will not be entitled to any prize.

The uploaded photos must not be obscene, offensive, or pornographic, and must not infringe on the rights of third parties. Additionally, the uploaded photos must not contain images or information of third parties other than the registered person.

Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal reserves the right to re-offer the prize that has been unduly awarded.

En cas de litige, un justificatif d'identité peut être demandé. Les participants autorisent toute vérification utile concernant leur identité. Toute fausse déclaration entraîne automatiquement l'élimination du gagnant.

Article 4

4.1 Participation Conditions:

The contest is open to anyone who wishes to participate.

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

If these conditions are not met, the participation will be refused by Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal.

De par leur participation au jeu-concours, les participants acceptent expressément de céder gracieusement, à titre non exclusif, leurs droits à l'image dans le cadre des films/photographies fourni(e)s lors du jeu-concours digital et présentiel et pris(es) lors des différentes étapes du concours « L'Image 2026 » organisé par le Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal. Tous droits de propriété intellectuelle, à savoir tous droits patrimoniaux (droits de reproduction et droits de représentation) et ce jusqu'à la Finale, le cas échéant, pour une utilisation sur tous les supports de Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal et/ou toute entité expressément autorisée par elle et/ou ses partenaires, et ce pendant une durée de 20 ans à compter de la première diffusion et limité à la publicité, promotion du concours « L'Image 2026 » organisé par Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal.

Dans le cas où ils seraient gagnants, les participants s'engagent à signer le contrat de participation au concours « L'Image 2026 » du Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal qui leur sera envoyé par email.

4.2 Determination of winners

A jury composed of several persons from Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal and its partners will select the winners according to criteria left to their sole discretion. Photogenicity, natural beauty, and charisma of the participants will notably be given special attention.

The jury is sovereign in its choices, which will be at its sole discretion. Its decisions will be final.

ARTICLE 5

Prizes offered

The winners designated by Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal will be invited to a stay in Europe on dates of their choice.

A €500 Luxair voucher
5-star accommodation for 2 nights in a double room at Sofitel Lisbon with breakfast included
Estimated value: around 1,500 € including taxes.

Si dans un délai de 72 heures après la première tentative de contact, le gagnant du concours ne se manifeste pas, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal se réserve le droit de le déchoir de son lot et de l'attribuer à un autre participant retenu comme suppléant.

La participation au jeu est strictement personnelle. Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal se réserve le droit de procéder à tous les contrôles qu'elle estimerait opportuns. Les lots seront acceptés tels qu'ils sont annoncés et ne peuvent donner lieu à aucune contestation ou réclamation d'aucune sorte, ni être échangés pour quelque raison que ce soit, ni faire l'objet d'un versement de leur valeur en espèces à la demande des gagnants. Il est précisé que Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal ne fournira aucune prestation ni garantie, le gain consistant uniquement en la remise du lot prévu ci-dessus.

Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal will not substitute the seller or original provider of these prizes; consequently, the winners agree not to hold Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal liable for the prizes, including their condition, quality, or any consequences resulting from the possession or use of the prize(s).

Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de l'utilisation, voire négoce des lots, fait par les gagnants.

ARTICLE 6: AUDIT AND RESERVATIONS

6.1

Tout formulaire d'inscription qui n'aura pas été validé par le participant sera considéré comme nul et ne sera pas pris en considération. Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal se réserve le droit d'exclure, à titre temporaire ou définitif, tout participant qui, par son comportement, nuirait au bon déroulement du Jeu. La participation à ce jeu implique l'acceptation du présent règlement.

6.2

Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal reserves the right, in particular in the event of force majeure, to shorten, extend, suspend, modify or cancel the present game. These changes will be communicated by all appropriate means.

6.3

En cas d'incident technique empêchant le participant de participer ou altérant les informations transmises par le participant, et cela pour quelque raison que ce soit, Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal et ses partenaires ne pourront être tenus responsables du préjudice qui en découlerait pour les participants. La responsabilité de Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal ne saurait être engagée du fait d'un dysfonctionnement du service postal et du réseau internet.

6.5 Reservation regarding the use of the names of the winners:

The winners graciously authorize the mention of their names, first names as well as the publication of their photograph for information or promotional purposes for any exploitation related to this contest and/or its results on the site.

Ce stockage de données lui est parfaitement accessible et a été fait à sa connaissance en respect des dispositions de la loi du 02 août 2002 relative à la protection des données à caractère personnel.
